Youth Empowerment For Africa (YEA) began with a vision rooted in both personal conviction and professional expertise. After years coaching and leading Agile teams across Africa, our founder saw first-hand the missing link between young talent and the real opportunities needed to drive change within African communities. Many young Africans possess remarkable ideas and talents but often face barriers such as unemployment, lack of access to funding, and absence of mentorship. Determined to bridge this gap, YEA was established to nurture youth with not just knowledge but actionable business skills accompanied by strong support networks.
